------- BATAM -------


19 - 20 May 2007:

I'm pretty excited for this trip to Batam.. maybe my first time there that's why :P Aniway i was werking that day along with Rita, kak Nora and Terry. We were taking the 4.30pm ferry there. It was kinda funny coz me n rita wore the same colour(green) as well as 2 other guys going to batam. We were called the greenies.. haha..
Went to East Point for lunch and kill time with Kak Nora and Terry before heading to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. The ferry ride was quite short actually, then there was another bus ride to the resort. I'm sharing room with Rita's sis, Amalina. First time meeting her, I'm glad we clicked :) Most of them had their rooms on level 3 and 4... but they changed our room to level 5!! the highest level. Apparently the door of the initial rm was faulty. But its ok cause our rm is bigger n carpeted :D

Dinnertime:
Dinner was served by the pool. Nice ambience, but i dun really like the food... hehe.. then later we got the news that all drinks was on the house - boss treat. Woohooo!! From karaoke sessions to dancing in the pub... fun man. I kept ordering vodka lime all the way...hehhe. Promised my bestie i'll behave tt nite n not get wasted. Well i did ok! heheh... Later part of the nite i dance all out with iana, zam, min n terry... tired seh..
i was feeling very high already so speder walked me n lina to our rooms. I told him that i needed to walk around so i rested while before doing so. i think i fell asleep then woke up to find tt he went back to his room. So i went to his room to look for him la. Say wanna bring me go walk then he disappeared. humph!
i was trying hard to walk straight. when finaly reach his door, i squated down n knocked.. i heard sumone approachin to ans, but it took so long for the door to open. When it did, it ws Majid. He said, ' indah y u squat down? i cant see anione thru the peephole so i dun dare to open...' hahahhahah... sori ah, i was tired sia... i saw azim already sleeping n speder in the shower. So i waited la outside the bathrm door. Opp the door got closet. It was open. i had to lean on the wall. soi ended up sitting in the closet and fell asleepn in there. ahhhahha... Speder and majid wre already laughing seh... obviously i wasnt in a state to walk, so i slept on the couch. i woke up suddenly realising its not my room. I dunno how long i slept there, but i woke poor speder who's sleeping on the floor n told him i wanna go back ah... i thot he wuld send me rite, but he slpt on the couch instead!! There i had to keep myself focus and made my way back to my room.

Breakfast:
Nxt day woke up with dizzy spells... Lina n me were so lazy to go down for breakfast, so we ordered roomservice. The fish n chips damn nice!! we checked out at 12noon, then sat at the lobby juz killing time, playing pool. Dunno how the news bout me sleeping in the closet got spread, haiz! hahha. Then got lunch too... i was too full to eat... My ferry leaves at 4.30pm... whereas lina, rita n min all leaving at 6.30pm. So they had the time to go town area shopping. So the onli ones left for the 4.30 ferry is speder n me with the rest of the colleagues... so bored down there!! walk here n there, take pics... did an airbrush tattoo... ahhaha.. too bored to care what i was doing la...

Home:
It was so hot and tiring otw back. Reach Tanah Mrah terminal at bout 5 plus. Both of us had a drink and sandwich before hailing a cab. Wanna let the crowd disperse. penat penat... Monday werking!!! hhahha... but it was all worth it. An experience. We enjoyed ourselves :)
